Random Vegas Pics - March 2016

There are always pictures to take in Vegas. Here are a bunch of miscellaneous ones from my last trip. 

I always give this guy a nice belly rub when I see him. Did he bring me luck? I think so, but I have a problem of knowing when to stop. 😂

We stayed at The Orleans this trip, and I enjoyed the hotel although the casino could be really smokey at times. 

The weather was gorgeous. It was nice and cool. 

The Linq Ferris Wheel. I didn't ride on it.

The new shopping venue fronting Bally's. 

T-Mobile arena from the New York New York parking lot. It looked like they were still working on it (the sign on the freeway side said "BILE ARENA") and The Park, which fronts the Arena on the Strip side, but two weeks after I took this pic, the Arena and The Park are open! That's Vegas for you! 

The soup on the top left is a tortilla soup. The tortilla soup I normally eat is creamy. They brought the bowl to the table and it looks like a bunch of dried vegetables and stuff in there. The waiter poured hot water in the bowl and wa-la, everything expanded! It was a broth-like tortilla soup. 

This was on Fremont Street during March Madness. For a nominal fee, you could attempt to shoot baskets. We watched a few people try and they all attempted the 20-foot option and none of them made it in.
